1.madam,是對婦女的一種尊稱，服務行業的人員常用此稱呼；同時，對于不知姓名的女士也可以用此來表示尊重。這個單詞也可拼作ma’am/maem/。

2.Would you like...?你願意......嗎？用來表示委婉的請求或提議。

3.It’s smaller than the blue one.它比那套藍色的小一些。在英文中，當我們把一個人或物與另一個人或物進行比較時，就要用形容詞的比較級。大多數單音節的形容詞的比較級是在原級後面加上er，如small-smaller,large-larger;有些以y結尾的雙音節形容詞，如果y前面是一個輔音字母，變比較級時就要把y先變為i，然後再加er，如pretty-prettier。如果在句子中提到了對比的雙方，就必須在比較級後面加上than,如It’s smaller than the blue one.如果形容詞比較級所指很清楚，比較級也可以獨立存在，如I haven’t got a larger dress.
