今天,我非常高興能有機會在這裡對大家表示我的感激之情.
首先,我要感謝我的指導老師：張老師.她在教學中給予了我很大的幫助.當我跟她請教一些教學中所遇到的問題時,她都會耐心地與我探討,提供給我很多解決問題的辦法.在我嘗試新的教學方法時,她也給予了我極大的支持與鼓勵.就算失敗了,她也沒有責備我,而是幫我一起找出問題的所在.在她的指導與幫助下,讓我的教學技能有了很大的提高.
其次,我要感謝我們的主任：林老師.作爲一個新老師,我難免會有做得不好的地方,但是林老師都能夠理解和包容,在工作中給予了我極大的支持與肯定.這讓我有信心,在新的一年裡,我會把我的工作做得更好.
另外,我還要感謝黃老師和莊老師.謝謝他們在我去上課的那段時間幫我代課.還有鍾老師,跟他的合作十分愉快,我們順利地完成了中秋節布置禮堂的任務.當然,我也要感謝在座的所有老師,謝謝你們對我的關心和幫助.讓我能夠很快地融入到學校這個大家庭中.

Good afternoon everyone!
It is of my great pleasure and privilege to be here today to say how grateful I am to all of you presenting here.
My primary appreciation goes to my mentor Mr. Zhang who helped me a lot with my teaching professions. She would never be tired of my constant questions but work together with me with countless solution offerings. She also supported me anytime when I tired new teaching methods and never will she blame me even if I failed in some aspects, instead she would help with finding what the problem, from which my teaching skills benefits a lot.
Secondly, I wanna say thank you to our director Mr. Lin, who has alway been so tolerant to my mistakes and so supportive to my performance since he is so broadminded that he understands this is a process that any new teacher must through, which has made me confident to do a better job in the coming new year.
Besides, Mr. Huang and Mr. Zhuang, Thank you so much for your substitutions while I was away. And Mr. Zhong, It's been really nice working with you on the auditorium arrangement for the Mid-Autumn Day. And of course, I wanna thank all of the teacher presenting here, I am so honored to become one of you so soon with the tremendous support and help from you.
