摘要：氣候變化,特別是全球氣候變暖,已成爲不可迴避的重大理論和實際問題,多數人認爲氣候變暖的原因是二氧化碳的大量排放.對此筆者認爲要歷史地、全面地、辯證地看問題,縱觀地球氣候歷史,地球氣候一直在變,且有衆多客觀因素的推動,現在的氣候變化也並未超出歷史氣候變化範疇,它可能只是總變化過程中的一個波動階段而非永遠趨勢,氣候變化主要在天在地而不在人,所以我們尚難肯定當代的氣候變暖就是人類活動所致.究竟是什麼原因導致氣候變暖,氣候變暖是好事還是壞事,如何應對氣候變化……,筆者將從哲學層面,以科學發展觀爲指導談談對這些問題的看法.

Climate changes,especially global warming,have been a crucial issue and pratical problem that are unevitable.While the majority relate the global warming with the massive relief of carbon dioxide,the author prefers to a historical,all-sided,dialectical standpoint.The earth's climate has always been changing,as a result of many objective factors.Therefore,it is possible that modern climate changes are rather a fluctuation stage of the whole changing courese than the permenant trend,since it doesn't go beyond the historical climate altering range.As the climate changes depends more on nature than on human,it's hard to confirm the idea that human activities could lead to climate warming.From an angle of philosophy,the author will show his views ,under the direction of scientific thought of development,about the problems such as why the climate turned wamed on earth,it's whether good or bad,how we deal with it.
