Every time I get a phone call or a mail,my parents want to know who the call is from.And how i got to know that person—no matter who calls me or writes to me.Last week ,they found out that I drank and hung out with friends by looking through my diary.Now they tell me.I can't hang out with my friends ever again.I'm so depressed and something must be done to stop them.I thinl my priuacy was violated .As a teenager,sad.I don't know what to do.What should I do?

I can understand very well what you are feeling right now.It is absolutely wrong to interfere with your personal life.However,I just want you to know that your parents did what you said because they didn't want you to get into trouble.They meant no harm,but for your good.I think one way to ease their fears is by talking about your friends with your parents and introducing some of your friends to them.If your parents know your friends well and see there is no harm staying with them,they will stop to worry.
