Generally speaking, I think the university education should be availbale to all the students. There are several reasons for that. First of all, students should have the equal opportunity to have high level education, which will help them to develop more skills such as social skill, seeking jobs easily in the future. Secondly, students will be more likely to access the resouces , for example they can go to the library to find some useful books.
