本小組通過初步調查希望了解有關企業的主要方面是：餐館成立時間、股東結構、公司組織結構、公司主要經營策略、經營場所狀況、行業特徵、產品銷售情況、公司的成本及盈利情況、公司對員工的管理情況、員工薪資待遇等等.

Through the investigation and study of enterprise's practical operation,this article provides a pertinent understanding about enterprise so as to show the planning sector in auditing.In order to facilitate investigation,our team has selected two restaurants situated in Taipai as subjects.We intend to look into their business management and operation from the perspective of audit and discover the major risks existed in the operating process.
