應對壓力的方法有很多種,比如:你可以多和你的家人、朋友在一起,相互聊聊最近發生的事情,還有每天早上醒來都充滿積極的目標感,這對掌控壓力很有用,每天至少花15分鐘來放鬆自己,放些輕鬆、舒緩的音樂,你可以想像一個您曾經去過或想要去的令人愉快而放鬆的地方.然後想像自己身臨其境,不僅要想像事物的樣子,還要想像周圍環境的氣味、味道和感覺.慢慢地深呼吸,讓畫面在您的腦海中停留五分鐘.
但有些人無法通過這些方法來使自己放鬆,如果是這樣,也要明白有些情況是您無法控制的,例如金融危機、物價、樓價瘋漲、通貨膨脹諸如此類,所以在壓力來臨之前,先改變自己的態度.

We are living in a high tempo, pressurised live. taxing work, family responsibility further add pressure on us. If it is not controlled it will seriously affect our physical & mental health. Lucky we can control our activities, slow down the tempo to abate the pressure.
To me, pressure is not totally unuseful, In fact, under certain circumstance, it equips us to cope with adversed circumstance to protect us. Your quick response when you are facing a threat further strengtens physical and mental abilities.
The perception of pressure, to a great extend, differs on individual. Perhaps something that you think is a great pressure, but to others it's nothing serious. So the important thing is not what happens to you, but how you handle it.
There are ways to cope with presssure, for example, talk to your family members, friends about happenings around you. Wake up every morning with possitive thinking, spend at least 15 minutes to unwind, listen to slow & light music. imagine some relaxing places which you visitied or you long for visiting. Imagine that you are really there to see the scenic place, to enjoy the aromatic taste and feeling of the surroundings. Take a deep breath, let the picture to stay in your mind for 5 minutes.
Not every body can follow the above method to relax, if so,they should know that there are things beyond our control, like fanancil crisis, essential goods and property prices soaring, high inflation etc. so get ready to change attitude of live before the pressure set on you.
